Limits
EDGR is free to use. These limits keep the service running reliably for everyone, and will increase as EDGR develops.
Current limits

Applies to all accounts. Resets at midnight in your timezone. CSV imports are excluded from this cap.
Habits
5 at a time
Active habits only. Deleting a habit frees up a slot immediately.
Recurring tasks
5 active
One-off tasks have no limit. Only active recurring tasks count toward this cap.
Graphs
5 custom graphs
Delete an old graph to free up a slot.
Custom dashboards
1 layout
Plus the Default dashboard, which is always available and doesn't count toward the limit.
Sharing links
1 shareable link
One link to share any of your saved dashboards publicly or with a token.
Linked accounts
1 linked user
One linked viewer or one subject. The link is one-directional.
History range
90 days
Dashboard cards and graphs can query up to 90 days prior. Full history is available in the events and sessions list.
Common questions
Why is there a 1,000 event daily cap?
The cap keeps the service running reliably for everyone. Most sessions involve a small number of events. The cap is set well above what any normal session would reach. It resets at midnight in your profile timezone.
Does the daily cap apply to CSV imports?
No. Events imported via CSV don't count toward the daily cap. The import limit is 50,000 rows per batch, which applies separately.
Why can I only see 90 days of data in dashboards and graphs?
Dashboard cards and graph queries are capped at 90 days to keep queries fast. Your full history is always accessible in the events and sessions list pages, which have no range cap.
Will limits change?
Yes. Limits will increase as EDGR develops and EDGR+ launches. EDGR+ will raise per-feature caps and increase the history range for dashboards and graphs.
A limit is causing a genuine problem for me.
Get in touch. If a limit is too restrictive for a real use case, we want to know.
